Document Production Administrator – Insurance Industry

Are you an experienced Administrator looking for a new challenge in a professional and reputable business?

If so then Reed Business Support in Chelmsford are currently recruiting for an Administrator for an Insurance company in Chelmsford. Candidates do not necessarily need to come from an Insurance background.

This is a small team and our client are looking for someone to work hard and grow and progress with the company.  You will ideally looking for a role where you are comfortable working in a small team and settle long term with the business.  This is a role which involves a fast pace of work on the written communication but very little over the telephone.

Key duties:

• Producing documents using MS Word – using specific templates
• Inputting data onto documents
• Sending out terms and conditions to clients
• Typing (copy) regularly
• Filing and scanning
• Regularly responding to internal emails and acting on them promptly
• General administrative duties as requested

The successful candidate needs to have an excellent level of accuracy and attention to detail as you will be producing important documents.  

The salary for this position is paying £20,000 per annum and the hours of work are 8.30am-4.30pm Monday to Friday.
