I am delighted to be working in partnership with my client Translink - in recruiting for a Document Controller.

You will provide administrative support to the Projects Business unit and specifically help ensure that paper and electronic records and documents for all projects are managed in accordance with corporate policy.

Duties of the role will include:

Develop and maintain electronic document and records management systems including (EDRMS) for Programmes & Projects

 Ensure compliance with paper records management including recording, versioning, filing, storing, archiving and retention /disposal

 Act as first point of contact for Hub project team, liaising with clients , suppliers and other staff at all levels of seniority

 Establish and maintain document and records management system for Hub project and ensure integration with internal Translink processes and systems

 Provide general office administrative support including; coordinating and organising meetings, workshops and events, ensure all incoming and outgoing documentation is tracked and recorded and scan, copy and issue documents as appropriate

You must meet the following essentail criteria:

Experience in managing paper records including filing, archiving and disposal

Experience in electronic document management software

Minimum of 3 GCSE's at Grade 'C' or above or equivalent including Maths

Experience in using MS office software including Word and Excel and Sharepoint.
