Reed are delighted to be working with a fantastic organisation based on the outskirts of Swindon. The company are based in the auto-motive sector and due to continued growth are now urgently recruiting for an Export Administrator. 

This vacancy is part time, working 30 to 32 hours per week and the company can be flexible on the days and hours worked.

In this busy and varied role the key responsibilities will include:

- Processing the customer's order from beginning to end
- Use the in-house computer system and database 
- Liaise with the warehouse and customer service teams to update on export shipping requirements
- Manage and maintain export paperwork adhering to HMRC requirements
- Build and maintain excellent customer and supplier relationships 
- Use advanced Excel skills to maintain payment records
- Occasional negotiation with suppliers 
- Ad hoc administrative duties 

Key skills required for this vacancy include: 

-Advanced Excel skills including V-lookups is described as essential
- Strong computer skills and experience of managing CRM systems is desirable
- Export knowledge would be advantageous 
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Able to work in a fast paced and demanding role
