URGENT - Dispatch Administrator - Littlehampton - Temporary 

Our client based in Littlehampton is seeking a Despatch Administrator. The role will be to create, monitor and control outbound shipments and ensuring that the movements are executed to agreed timescales.

The documentation must be complete and compliant in regard to exporting and regulations/market requirements.

The main accountabilities in the role are as follows:
• To create outbound shipments
• To process the exporting documentation
• Must complete and process the administration for the day to day activity within the Shipping Team
• You will be responsible for the identification of Hazardous material to meet shipping and export regulations


You must have a good operational understanding of SAP, experience in an operational role and it is desirable that it is within an international trade environment. Ideally you will be IATA qualified and Dangerous Goods trained. You must have excellent literacy and numerical skills and able to work as part of a team.

Variable shift patterns will be required of 8am until 2pm  and 2pm until 10pm.
