Salary: £22,000 - £24,000 plus competitive bonus scheme
Working hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm

The Role:

Reed Talent Solutions have just won a contract expansion on an existing £40 million spend contract. We are now looking to bring on board a new Direct Sourcing Consultant to join our existing and established team of specialist Recruiters.

The Contracts Delivery Team provides an end to end temporaries Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) service. As part of this team will be delivering upwards of 80% of the client’s temporary’s recruitment requirements across all sectors but mainly Social Care roles in the Manchester area.

You will be managing the client and supplier relationships and providing updates to clients around the successful fulfilment of their requirements to agreed SLA’s. You will create bookings on appropriate databases and record data, manage candidate attraction via job boards, source CVs and fully screen candidates before sending them to the relevant hiring manager. You will also co-ordinate interviews and assessment centres for hiring managers, obtain and provide feedback throughout the interview process and negotiate job offers with clients and candidates.

The Person:

This is an exciting recruitment opportunity for a strong recruiter who enjoys managing a client and the candidate attraction side to recruitment. There is no sales or business development involved and you will only be servicing this large outsourced recruitment contract.

We are ideally looking for someone with healthcare recruitment experience due to the nature of the roles you will be working on, but we would be open to considering any candidates with strong experience in any recruitment sector. You will need to have worked in a recruitment environment and have strong experience in candidate attraction methods.

We are also looking for someone with a good level of Education (min Grad A-C in Maths and English at GCSE or equivalent), someone who is proficient in the use of a range of computer packages such as MS Excel and MS Word and someone with strong interpersonal skills with the proven ability to develop effective working relationships across all levels of an organisation. You will also need to have effective verbal and written communication skills, be numerate and detail conscious.
