This is a temporary role for immediate start based within the head office of a large retail company located in central Milton Keynes. It will be on an ongoing basis.
Reporting to the Digital Operations Manager and working in the context of responsibilities for the company Digital Channels, the job holder will contribute towards the achievement of a quality customer experience. This will include effective and appropriate planning and execution of text across websites, mobile applications and other digital channels.
The job holder will test to ensure that solutions delivered provide maximum operational benefit , a positive customer experience and are practical and effective for the business and customer.

Strong attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
Good at working with others to achieve goals
Good communication skills and able to articulate point of view effectively both written and verbally
Good digital/computer literacy and comfortable using common packages like Windows, Office, Outlook etc.
Comfortable using new tools & systems and willing to learn
Knowledge of websites or ecommerce desirable
Knowledge of testing methodologies or experience in testing desirable
