We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track and optimise our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.
You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. You will be working with the marketing team to launch campaigns on time and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email campaigns, social media and display advertising campaigns
Maintain and develop social media presence across facebook, twitter, instagram, blogs
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Collaborate with agencies and digital teams across the business
Managing transition of developing a new website 
Using google adwords to advertise on facebook
Collating monthly reports, market research and competitor analysis
Analysing sales conversions and making recommendations to marketing team 
Liaising with external seo and design agencies
Updating and segmenting data using Microsoft Dynamics CRM system
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
Collaborate with internal and external teams to create landing pages and optimise user experience
Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels.
Evaluate emerging technologies

Skills Required:
Educated to Degree level in marketing or a related field
Must have extensive digital marketing experience ideally within a fmcg,retail or consumer durable sector - preferred 
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, CRM, email campaigns, social media channels and/or display advertising campaigns (facebook)
Experience of using automation tools (mailchimp, hubspot, sprout social etc)
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
Experience in optimising landing pages and user funnels
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
Experience in setting up and optimising Google Adwords campaigns
Working knowledge of HTML - desirable 
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
