Do you have knowledge of and are highly skilled in the use of multimedia production applications such as elearning authoring tools, design and video production?  Do you have experience of working with a Learning Management System?  Do you hold a recognised qualification in training design and/or delivery?

If so, REED are delighted to be working with a fantastic organisation who are seeking a Firearms Digital Learning Designer to report into the Learning and Development Department.

The purpose of the Centre for Learning and Development is to provide effective training and development, ensuring that all staff of the company are and, remain competent to carry out their role in providing an efficient, effective quality service.

Your role will be to design, develop and deliver digital learning content for use in Firearms specific learning programmes and the wider digital learning function.

Duties will include:

- Maintain knowledge of instructional design, implementing new technologies and design principles in order to keep content dynamic and engaging
- Work with support from the Digital Learning developer to source, edit, enhance and manipulate images and videos using professional editing software such as Adobe Captivate, Photoshop and Premiere Pro with high speed of operation and accuracy
- Push the boundaries of digital learning by identifying new styles and solutions in areas such as gamification and augmented reality
- Enable learning opportunities through presentations in the form of eLearning, Videos, PowerPoints etc

In order to be successful with this role you will need to have:

- Excellent knowledge of and highly skilled in the use of multimedia production applications
- Experience of working with a Learning Management system
- Hold a recognised qualification in training design/delivery
- Ability to manipulate and create images to enhance e-learning packages/videos
- Competent use of standard MS applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Photoshop/Premiere Pro/Captivate
- Knowledge of web coding, specifically with Adobe products
- Experience within a training environment
