A multi-award winning not-for-profit housing association is currently recruiting for a Digital Campaigns Project Manager to join their marketing team. The marketing team are responsible for preparing schemes for launch, supporting sales throughout the sales phase, and dealing with PR for new projects. The company has recently undergone a restructure and have therefore created this new and exciting role to compliment the rest of the marketing team. It is a small team made up of just 5 people, but the company has thousands of employees so it’s all hands on deck! The company is based in Central London but operates all over South East England. They are consistently recognised for awards within property and housing, and also for their development marketing, ensuring that you will be joining a highly skilled and excellent marketing team!


• Support the development and implementation of marketing campaigns
• Project manage public relations in terms of print, digital, and social media channels
• Develop a dashboard for all digital marketing channels
• Support and manage the implementation of the CRM system in conjunction with the sales team
• Project manage the delivery of the new company website
• Assist in gathering and analysing data – marketing analytics
• Design and write code for EDMs
• Support the Head of Marketing with the development of the vision and strategy for digital marketing


• AT LEAST 2 years’ experience working in a digital media environment with a passion for digital marketing
• Experience working within the housing or property industry i.e. a housing association, a private developer, or a digital media agency who deal with property
• Excellent attention to detail, good proofreading skills, and a clear and accurate writing style
• A data mindset – whether that’s in outbound activity or reporting
• The ability to work well under pressure and on your own initiative and be well-organised with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
• The ability to build, manage, and measure PPC, Google Adwords, and other paid advertising campaigns
• Experience with building and managing lead scoring models for B2B/ B2C
• Experience using web analytics for analysis and evaluation, including Google Analytics
• Experience owning and using Data strategy and CRM systems
• Experience (proven) in owning and managing a complex website and optimising use journeys; CMS expertise is ESSENTIAL, as is experience in delivering a new website
• Knowledge of HTML (including coding), CSS (content system), GIF production, and JavaScript development
• Knowledge of budget planning, supplier management, and developing and reporting on success measures/ KPIs
