Development Administrator
Up to £12.67 per hour DOE – Part Time role based in Edinburgh
Ongoing temp role

Reed Business Support are currently recruiting for a part-time Development Administrator for one of our Clients based in Edinburgh on an ongoing temporary basis (minimum of 3 months). The successful candidate will be working for a well sought after Housing Association and required to work for 21 hours a week - definitely on a Monday from 9am – 5pm and then the Client is rather flexible about the other two days you wish to work.

Duties involved in this role will include:
- General administration duties
- Contribute to the preparation of policy and procedures
- Arrange, attend and prepare minutes for meetings as requested
- Prepare and issue routine correspondence
- Prepare sales reports, statistical reports, interpret data and make recommendations
- Manage and maintain a list of approved consultants
- Prepare financial monitoring reports, manage programme expenditure, along with assisting in the preparation of final accounts and invoices
- Liaise with other teams to ensure housekeeping protocols are managed effectively
- Provide assistance to a variety of teams, along with project support
- Various ad hoc administration and office support duties as and when required

In order to be considered for this role, candidates must have the following:

- Ability to collate, analyse and interpret data from a range of sources
- Excellent numerical skills to analyse programme data, draw conclusions and make recommendations
- Comprehensive ICT skills across a range of specialist and general applications including Microsoft Office, Adobe and databases
- Ability to apply ICT skills to prepare monitoring and progress reports
- Effective written and other communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Full driving license and access to a vehicle
- Candidates who are immediately available would be at a distinct advantage as the role is due to start ASAP
