Delivery Manager / Product Delivery/ Project manager / Project Coordinator candidate required for a large business with offices in Basingstoke. Working within the project management team you will be responsible for liaising with customers for approvals required during the project; ensuring compliance with contractual and milestone requirements; management of cost within budget for the job.

The role will suit a Product Manager, Project coordinator or Project administrator

Duties include:
• Responsible for review of the risk register and mitigating actions agreed during the enquiry stage
• Responsible for full review of contract and completion of the contractual and milestone obligations tracker
• Responsible for ensuring the order data is accurate and reflects the contractually agreed volume, price and specification
• Responsible for updating the project planner working with relevant stakeholder departments (planning, technical etc.) to ensure that the timelines are agreed
• Responsible for passing all gates on time in accordance with the project planner.
• Accountable for all customer facing output produced during these gates and for ensuring that it meets the contractual specification
• Accountable for all customer sign offs required through these gates and will either visit the customer to obtain sign off or work with the sales team to obtain on-time sign off
• Responsible for recording all customer sign offs in the appropriate systems and for communicating sign off to the relevant internal stakeholders and down-stream process
• Responsible for completion of closed job report, including customer feedback interview
• Responsible for compliance with change control process
• Accountable for any internal approvals required in accordance with the relevant approvals matrix

Experience required:
• Ability to take ownership of issues from outset to final resolution
• Able to provide innovative solutions and procedures to overcome risks and issues encountered during the implementation of the projects
• Highly organised with good attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a cross functional team
• Ability to determine new, creative ways to employ teams on projects and distribute responsibilities
• Self-motivated and directed, with the ability to effectively prioritise and escalate tasks in a high-pressure environment
• Able to work with minimal supervision
• Takes personal responsibility for resolving issues when highlighted by internal and external customers
• Quickly develops a knowledge base of each client's business, organisation and objectives
• Ability to effectively and credibly negotiate with customers and 3rd parties.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship-building skills to work professionally with customers and project team(s) in difficult situations
