My rapidly expanding client based in St. Helens have an exciting ongoing temporary to permanent opportunity for an experienced administrator to input data and deal with sales order processing, to start immediately.

My client very successful within their field in the UK and are experiencing year on year growth, it is a very exciting time to join this successful business.

You will be required to work from 08:00 - 17:00 Monday - Friday and pay rate will be based on a salary of £16,640 - £18,000 pa.

Job Description

• Enter order & customer data accurately and promptly onto the in-house system
• Liaise daily with the other administrators regarding shipping, invoicing etc…
• Complete all work in line with time, accuracy and quality standards
• Prioritise and multi task daily duties
• Demonstrate an excellent telephone manner when dealing with customers

Person Specification

• Strong administration skills
• Good IT skills
• Team player - Essential
• Attention to detail
• Good interpersonal skills
• MS Excel/Word
