Reed are delighted to be working with a fantastic company in Bradford on Avon who are searching for an enthusiastic Administrator to join their growing team.
You will provide an exceptional level of administrative support and use your high level of accuracy to validate invoices, update customer files and prepare databases for presentation to the client. You will act as the first point of contact for all telephone enquiries and demonstrate your friendly and professional communication skills to liaise with customers and suppliers.
The ideal candidate will be extremely detail orientated, highly organised with accurate numerical skills. A customer focused approach with the ability to use your own initiative and solve problems is essential. Strong IT skills are needed for this role including the use of Excel.
