 JOB TITLE: Czech/Slovak Customer Services Representative

LOCATION: Segensworth, Fareham, UK

WORKING HOURS: Monday to Friday (08:00-17:00) 1 in 6 Saturdays (09:00-13:00)

Currently recruiting for a Czech/Slovak Customer Services Representative Job Share to join our experienced Customer Service team.

Key Responsibilities:

What will you do as a Czech/Slovak Customer Services Representative?

As a Customer Services Representative you will answer inbound customer calls, receive and process orders, Additionally, you will be required to log and liaise with internal departments to resolve Customer queries/complaints.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

For this role, you will require good organizational, problem solving and administration skills, attention to detail, and be able to use your own initiative and make decisions within the remit of the role. On top of that, you should show Enthusiasm and flexibility, act as a Team Player and show good inter-personal skills.

Other Knowledge, skills and abilities include:
Use of Microsoft Office, ERP and CRM systems to place orders and maintain customer communication and feedback.
Confident communicator - able to relate to people on all levels.
Ability to manage multiple priorities whilst hitting deadlines, targets and KPIs.
Proactive focus on areas of continuous improvement.
Fluent in both Czech and Slovak (verbal and written)
Excellent spoken and written English

Experience:
Proven problem-solving skills
Must have proven experience of working a high-volume Call Centre environment (at least one year)
Dealing with different personalities and needs of employees and external Customers
Ability to learn procedures and processes quickly, able to listen to others and understand their requirements.
Providing exceptional administration skills
