CUSTOMER SUPPORT CONSULTANT VACANCY
My client is a fully Accredited leading Sage Business Partner and software developer supplying a range of software solutions as well as consultancy, training and support to businesses of all sizes throughout the UK and worldwide. With over 500 customer sites, £3+m turnover and enjoying rapid growth we are one of the largest independent Sage Partners in the UK, with offices in York, Coventry, Bradford and London.
We specialise in a number of verticals, in particular solutions for the Professional Services sector but we also have clients from a broad range of industries using CRM and ERP solutions supplied by us, Sage 200 being the main software application.
We currently have a vacancy for a full time Customer Support Consultant
will include telephone and remote support of our long established customer base of mainly professional service organisations, along with providing technical and operational help with the various Sage software packages we supply.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WOULD HAVE:
. Experience in Customer Support
. Good telephone and email skills
. Ability to work in a busy environment
. Excellent interpersonal skills
. A good working knowledge of Sage 50 and/or Sage 200 would be advantageous
. The ability to work well under pressure
. Some knowledge of Accounts or Bookkeeping or previous experience in a commercial office would be useful.
. Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Where the need arises occasional site visits will be required, therefore a valid driving licence is essential.

. Normal working hours are Monday - Friday (9am - 5pm) with one hour for lunch. We may consider some flexiblity to this for the right candidate.
