I am looking for enthusiastic, driven and proactive candidates to join my client in Ipswich who are looking for a Customer Support Assistance to join their team in a fast paced and varied role.
This company are a specialist manufacturer and due to the role including a range of duties, they are ideally looking for someone from a similar background so if you do have a technical mind-set this will be an advantage.
Deal with customer inquiries
Processing orders accurately
Support the sales team with admin duties as required
Assist with technical information
Coordinate sales support, product order entry, shipping and invoicing for customer accounts.
Some labelling to help with the warehouse and shipping department when required
Good knowledge of Excel and Outlook and confident with complex formulas and spreadsheets.
Good telephone manner and communication skills
Ability to work to deadlines
Ideally experience of invoicing and dispatching
Ideally experience of the production and order-to-delivery process.
You will be happy to work within a small team and support the needs of the business by carrying out a variety of tasks.
What is in it for you?
A competitive basic salary of £16,500-£18,000 (depending on experience) but it could be higher for a standout candidate plus the following -
20 days holiday
Monday- Friday 8.30am- 5.30pm
No weekends or Bank Holidays
