Customer Support Executive

Are you looking to secure immediate, permanent work within a Financial Role with a reputable company?

Salary: £16,000 with 7% annual bonus and pay progression scheme

Full Time Permanent Contract - Hours of work: 8am - 7pm Mon - Friday, 9am - 2pm Sat

As a Customer Support Consultant, you will be part of a vibrant, fast-paced team whose may aim is to ensure that every customer they speak to feels valued. You will be working within a lively inbound contact centre and will be dealing with the queries coming in. You will need to have an upbeat and positive attitude towards every task you have will be given and be able to take control of situations. You will need to be able to think fast on your feet and know how to deal with situations calmly and efficiently.

Skills required

• Customer focused mind-set
• Confident communicator
• Team player
• Computer literate
Telephony skills would be advantageous but not essential
