Do you enjoy communicating with diverse groups of people? Are you an organised and analytical thinker? 

We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Associate to join a growing team in Cambridge. You will be working with the commercial team to support processing orders, sales order creation and maintenance. This is a very customer centric role which will be dealing with high volumes of email traffic. Therefore we are looking for a highly organised person with the ability to prioritise high workloads. 

A bachelors degree in biology or a related field and/or commercial experience within a lifescience company is highly desirable. As well as French, German or other European language skills would be a distinct advantage. 

Experience with Microsoft Office is essential and CRM system experience would be desirable.
