Our daily job includes a lot of various tasks and every day offers different challenges. We are in daily touch with end customers as well as other teams and colleagues across Scandinavia over phone, email or Skype. Communication is in English and Swedish/Norwegian/Danish or Finnish when communicating with end customer.

Your responsibilities will be:
• Support the customers via email and chat
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
• Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments

Location: Brno, Czech Republic
Contract: Permanent
Working hours: Mon-Fri, 8 hour shift, start between 8am and 10am
