We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Support Advisor in Newcastle upon Tyne to provide advice, guidance and assistance to customers to get their financial wellbeing back on track. You will be provided with market leading training and development to help deliver individualised solutions to meet your customer’s needs.
An excellent Customer Support Advisor must be energetic and outgoing with excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly nature. The ideal candidate will share our purpose to help people and businesses prosper and want to help fulfil our aim to be the best retail and commercial bank.

Hours of work:Full time 35 hours a week between 8am - 9pm Mon - Thurs, 8am - 7pm Fri, 9am - 5pm Sat & 10am - 3pm Sun
Start Dates: 14th & 29th August
Assessment Dates: Various in July and August
