The successful candidate will be responsible for;
- Answering incoming call and email enquiries from existing customers
- Resolve queries and complaints from customers
- Deal with customer invoice enquiries
- Amend customer information and keep systems up to date
- Liaise with internal departments
You will have excellent attention to detail, highly organise and able to work under pressure. You will have excellent written and spoken communication skills, be numerate and IT literate.
You will have experience working within an administrative role.
