My client based just outside of the Epsom area are looking for a confident communicator to join their team on a full time and permanent basis as a Call Handler.

This is a great opportunity to join a rapidly expanding company.

Responsibilities will include responding to emergency alarm calls in a calm and methodical manner, assessing each individual's situation and contacting the emergency services when appropriate, and then writing a short report afterwards on each call. Many of the call will be tests and/or false alarms, but you could potentially deal with a serious situation, so will need to be able to work well under pressure. 

You will be provided with excellent training upon starting, and will be kept up to date with the company's procedures. 

The successful candidate must have call handling experience, whether it be similar to this role or in a telephone based customer service position. 

This role is available immediately for the right candidate.

Working hours will be 37.5 hours per week between the hours on 7am-7pm, Monday to Friday. 

Starting salary is £19,000 per annum rising up to £22,000 upon annual reviews.
