I am working with a market leading client in the Sutton area with the media industry. My client has excellent training and introduction process with second to none benefits in a career focused environment.

The key focus of the role is to overview the onboarding and follow up processes for a large number of key client and accounts who have subscribed with the business. You are driving user engagement through a range of training and customer service activities. In addition to focusing on customers, the team works in close partnership with the sales, marketing, content and technology teams and is at the heart of this successful business.

The key responsibilities:

Onboard all new accounts and, together with the client, build a customer success plan to achieve the client’s goals.

Maintains customer database efficiently and accurately.

Ensures that product and market knowledge is of a high standard to enable delivery that meets customers’ needs effectively

Utilizes both telephone and face-to-face meetings to not only give excellent customer service but also to enable upsell whenever appropriate

Supports the sales team in identifying customers needing support or assistance and effectively resolves issues.

Supports the sales team and is second point of contact for the key accounts
