I am working exclusively with one of my clients based in Colchester. I am recruiting a Customer Success Manager to join a rapidly growing company. This role is so varied and dynamic and definitely one where you will not get bored!! The main aim of your role as a Customer success Manager is to promote the company, develop new accounts and provide exceptional service to existing clients. You will be a fundamental member of a brand new Customer Success department, it does not get any more exciting than this!!!
Duties and Responsibilities:
• To generate revenue across the awards portfolio of the company (sponsorship and paid awards entries).
• Speak and build rapport with new and existing companies.
• Create bespoke sponsorship proposals to meet client’s needs.
• Close and secure sponsorships.
• Onboard third party companies to the ecommerce platform.
• Generate creative ideas to maximise new revenue streams.
• Maintain and manage databases & CRM system.
• Aim to achieve targets on a weekly/monthly basis
The ideal candidate will possess:
• Sales and relationship building experience.
• An excellent telephone manner.
• Outstanding written skills.
• Be Highly Motivated.
• The ability to build rapport quickly.
• Great customer service/relation skills.
• Superb ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong time management skills.
