 Customer Success Executive 

Customer Success Executive / Central Brighton 

Exciting vacancy exists for a self motivated experienced customer service exec to join a rapidly growing Company with its HQ based in Brighton. This is a perfect role for a candidate that is adaptable and keen to learn and looking for excellent prospects with a superb working environment and the opportunity for training and career progression. The Role

This is a telephone based customer service role working within the Customer Success Team and working closely with the BD and the Marketing teams, to include

Onboarding new customers

Contacting existing customers

Scheduling calls for the Enterprise Solutions team

Qualifying new leads and trialists

Your role will be to improve the onboarding experience and build strong relationships with customers, delivering exceptional service

The Candidate

You will have at least 2 years experience in Customer Service or Sales / telephone based

Excellent written and communication skills 

Some knowledge of cloud and business software (Gdocs, Excel , PP)

Genuine interest in Tech 

Good Time Management skills

Looking for career progression
