Customer Services Representative

Major Purpose:
The Customer Services Representative is primarily a hands on administrative role, delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Main Responsibilities:
• Day-to-day running of the Assessment Centre reception.
• Meet and greet customers and respond to their queries.
• Assist customers with the completion of their forms including their expense claims.
• Prepare and maintain rooms and equipment to ensure they are ready for the
Healthcare Professionals (HCP’s) and customers.
• Work with other teams and Healthcare Professionals to ensure consistency within
unit and work flow progression.
• Use in-house computer system to update records accurately.
• Liaise with other business sites.
• Provide cover at other sites occasionally (no further than90 minutes travel
• General administrative duties.
• Other ad hoc duties as required.

Desired Requirements:
• Previous demonstrable experience in an administrative or customer service
• Excellent communication skills
• Good attention to detail.
• Able to prioritise when multi-tasking.
• Problem solving skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Self-motivated
• First aid training preferred
