My client is presenting an exciting opportunity for Customer Service Officers to join the Customer Service Centre.

This is a full time, temporary opportunity within Customer Services, starting as soon as possible and running through until March 2018.

This is a great opportunity to be a key point of contact when processing a range of enquiries from both external and internal customers approaching the Customer Service Centre team by telephone or written communication, meaning the job role is varied. This successful applicant will be responsible for resolving enquiries at the first point of contact delivering a high level of customer care.

This role will also include elements of data entry, drafting web pages and communications alongside attending operational meetings to assist in developing business processes. This will ensure the team are working towards tight deadlines and providing an efficient and effective service to all of its customers. It will also allow you to assist with applications, audits and inspections when required.

The team are seeking individuals with previous customer service experience either face to face or in a call centre environment. You will need to demonstrate excellent customer care skills alongside strong verbal and written communication to be successful in this role.
