CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER | WINDSOR |UP TO £40,0000 PER ANNUM - PERM - FULLTIME
My Client is a Financial Company based in a beautiful location in Windsor by the river Thames. The company are an online lender of business loans to small companies based in England and Wales. This is permanent opportunity to join a well established and up coming business with a salary of 40,000 per annum.
You must have underwriting and management experience.
Has demonstrable success in running a small team of ‘new business processors’
Can train younger people in a motivational way, can listen and monitor customer service calls and coach real time.
Deliver on conversion and sales KPI’s
Work in small company environment
Maintain a healthy environment, motivate and reward the team.
The applicants find the company online and apply. Real-time, the application hits their loan management software and appears as ‘the next application to process’ on the new business processing team screen. They then immediately contact the director of the applicant company and run through some scripted questions designed to:
1) cement the application
2) make sure the applicant looks suitable for us
3) get the applicant to acknowledge a few consents for us to carry out online checks.
If, and once the checks are done, the case passes to one of two other team members who cross check a number of data points to then decline or pass the case up to the lending team, who then call the customer, agree final loans terms and get the various documents we need e-signed, and then if we are happy, send the loan.
The whole process takes one to two days.
We are looking for someone to lead a team of hardworking individuals in a fun and friendly way, you need to be patient and understanding and extremely dedicated.
Daily reports to the Operations Direct and the CEO of the company.
