I am currently recruiting an Customer Services/Office Manger for one of my clients. They are a rapidly growing client in the Colchester area. You will be responsible for managing all the staff within the office.
Main Duties
• Managing a team of approximately 10 staff
• Building and maintaining a good working relationship with all customers and clients
• Working closely with all departments across the office and staff out on the field
• Collating accurate reports for customers and staff
• Producing weekly and monthly reports
• Analysing all figures and ensuring all are accurate and regularly updated
• Ensuring all targets are met daily, weekly and monthly
• Ensuring all Service Level agreements are being adhered to and met in a timely manner
• Analysing all figures and ensuring all are accurate and regularly updated
• Communicating effectively to all team members so the entire team are working towards the one goal
• Carrying out regular development staff reviews and devising training plans for staff where required
• Ensuring all staff are carrying out their day to day duties in the best way that they can
The Ideal candidate will be/will have:
• Excellent communication skills
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Previous experience working as an Office Manager or similar role
• Extremely well organised
• The ability to deal with any issues which may arise both internally and externally
• The ability to prioritise their own workload as well as the teams
• The ability to deal with queries over the phone and via email
• Target driven and results orientated
• Excellent IT skills and the ability to produce reports
• Happy to work in a fast paced environment
