Job Description

  • Lead and develop a team of Customer Support Representatives 
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure internal projects are completed within timescales and to ensure your department continues with its strategic direction 
  • Ensure all policies and procedures are maintained and developed where necessary
  • Complete risk assessments and deal with any case escalations 
  • Ensure all departmental and individual team targets are met 

Experience Required

  • Proven experience leading and developing a contact centre
  • Excellent knowledge of customer service techniques and call handling environments at a senior level
  • In-depth and current knowledge of contact centre trends 
  • Experience with forecasting contact centre volumes
