- Lead and develop a team of Customer Support Representatives
- Liaise with other departments to ensure internal projects are completed within timescales and to ensure your department continues with its strategic direction
- Ensure all policies and procedures are maintained and developed where necessary
- Complete risk assessments and deal with any case escalations
- Ensure all departmental and individual team targets are met
- Proven experience leading and developing a contact centre
- Excellent knowledge of customer service techniques and call handling environments at a senior level
- In-depth and current knowledge of contact centre trends
- Experience with forecasting contact centre volumes
