I am currently working alongside a pharmaceutical company based in central Reading who are now looking for a Customer Services Manager to join the team. This is a new role that has been created so is a perfect opportunity for someone who is looking for a challenging but rewarding position. Customer service is a critical part of the companies day to day running so need someone who has the confidence and experience to work in a stand alone role.

The role is split into Customer Service management and business support administration. In the Customer Services Manager part you will establish and maintain a customer service function through the development and implementation of robust processes and procedures to ensure customers have an excellent experience in every aspect of their communications with the business.  

To be successful in the role you will need excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal skills and be able to develop and maintain strong relationships with both customers and colleagues. You must be able to be work independently and use your initiative but also be a team player when required. Working in a FMCG or pharmaceutical environment is ideal and you will need to be confident on various computer packages like Microsoft office and CRM tools.


The position is Monday to Friday and the core hours are 8.30am - 5:30pm offering a salary circa £35,000pa.
