We are recruiting for an Office Based Customer Service Executive to join an employer of choice with offices in Welwyn Garden City.
This is a busy role which is varied and will involve you being able to juggle many different tasks at once.
Typical duties include:
- Answer phone calls from customers and resolve queries
- Process customer orders and process payments
- Proactively contact existing customers to advise them of new products
- Accurately update internal CRM system
- Reply to customer emails
- Administration on behalf of external staff including diary management and processing expenses
The Successful person will:
- Have previous office-based customer service experience
- Be pro active and enjoy providing an outstanding customer experience every time
- Be organised and able to self manage a busy workload
