An exciting position for a Customer Services Coordinator to join an exciting and rapidly growing business on the outskirts of Newbury and Thatcham.

This is a full time position Monday to Friday with a very attractive salary package.
Due to the location of the role you must be a driver.


Key tasks:

• Entering customer orders and pro forma orders onto the system
• Taking phone orders
• Process invoices
• Arranging appropriate certification to exports goods
• Checking all monthly and weekly “out bounds” from consolidated reports to ensure everything shipped is invoiced
• Responsible for back orders, run back order allocation list & liaise with Demand Planner and Inventory Planner re low stock issues, computer warnings (beeps) or large (unusual) orders
• Deal with phone and written customer enquiries including problems connected with deliveries
• Obtain freight quotes when required for UK shipments
• Advise Customers of “Out of Stock” products and confirm backorders
• Work with all online ordering systems as required by major customers
• Dealing with all incoming post
• Arrange returns from customers (incorrect products, faulty items, etc)
