Job Description:

Providing administrative support and communication to external customers and/or managers and to complete administration tasks daily ensuring that customer service standards are exceeded and internal expectations and KPIs are consistently met.

Roles and Responsibilities:

To be responsible for administrative support to Team Leader and Management team coherent with the internal cycle and processes by consistently providing an efficient and professional service to customers. Tasks to include but not limited to:
Processing internal documentation as requested by customers.
Assessment Visit Organisation and Reservations
Hotel and Travel Bookings
Liaison between Customers, Managers and Contracted Assessors & Specialists
To review, move forward and resolve crucial processes associated with day-to-day errands and take immediate action to resolve any overdue items through partnership and liaison with relevant parties.

To effectively provide a point of contact for customers and public enquiries and by doing so, ensuring that ownership of enquiries and responding with relevant information is done efficiently. Ensuring high quality customer service is always delivered and a customer orientated culture is maintained throughout processes.

Updating all internal systems ensuring the organisation of internal records, files and databases to ensure efficient retrieval of information.

To provide support in the arrangement and running of internal and external meetings, conferences and training courses.

IT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
EFFICIENT TIME MANAGEMENT IN ORDER TO ACHIEVE COMPANY KPIs
