My client, a provider of financial training services, are looking to recruit for a Customer Services Associate, based at their London Bridge office, due to expansion.

Salary is £21,800 to £23,900 per annum, depending on skills and experience.

The Purpose of the role is to provide the highest possible standard of customer service to the students; the organisation's ethos is geared to student success.


Duties and responsibilities:

Customer Services

Provide positive advice to students and clients and recording enquiries; Maintain up-to-date product knowledge ; Promote the benefits of studying with the organisation at every opportunity;
Identify upsell opportunities ; Take ownership of queries; Be first point of contact at the other centre (in London EC2), meeting and greeting students and clients ; Respond to incoming customer service enquiries (calls, email, online) e.g.course/product enquiries, bookings, material requests and complaints; Build rapport with students; Build relationships with other departments to resolve queries.


Administration

Take ownership of transfer, deferral and refund requests, keeping the student/client updated; Generate class lists, course assessments and other documents; Order and manage course material process for student/clients; Entering data onto student management system and administering online bookings; Carry out procedures associated with booking and enrolment process


Essential Skills and Competencies

Essential Skills
Experience of working in an office based customer services environment; High level of written and verbal communication for a professional audience; Previous experience of working with Microsoft Office; Flexible - able to work evening and weekends during busy periods if required

Desirable Skills
Good working knowledge of Dynamics NAV (Navision) or similar course/student management system.
