My client who prides themselves on their customer service is looking to expand their current team within their out of hours department to handle customer enquiries and input relevant information on their data system.
What are the hours?
Weekend and Bank Holidays cover (including Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays) 08.00-4.30pm, 9am-5.30pm or 9.30am-6pm.
Your day to day duties will include the following:
Answering all calls with a professional telephone manner and answering them within an agreed time frame.
Being empathetic with distressed customers.
Inputting relevant information onto their database
Calling all customers back within the agreed timescale
Following company procedures
Keep up to date with all of the administration support required.
Making sure workload is kept within a 2 day turnaround.
You will be a confident communicator, both written and verbal and be able to work to tight deadlines. They are looking for someone that is keen to learn and has lots of enthusiasm to fit in with their vibrant team. Ideally you will have previous experience with speaking with customers over the phone or face to face.

They are looking to fill these positions as soon as possible and there will be a two week training period Monday to Friday at the start to ensure you understand their policies and ways of working so you must be able to attend this training time.
