Reed Warrington are delighted to be representing a reputable car hire company based in Westbrook who are recruiting for a Customer Services and Claims Administrator.

The company specialise in prestige car hire and there is therefore a real focus on giving the highest levels of customer service.

Working hours are Monday – Friday 9 – 5pm with 1 hour for lunch.

Role duties include:

• liaising with customers and body shops to provide repair updates
• build relationships with rental branches and insurance companies
• Gaining repair updates from customers, bodyshops and work providers
• Updating customer files with accurate information
• Liaising with bodyshops, work providers and branches to resolve any problematic claims
• Making decisions based on accident circumstances
• Liaising with loss adjusters, policyholders, brokers and other third parties

• Up to £16,000 based on experience

Person skills:

• Experience within a customer focused role and/or experience within claims handling
• Analytical skills and ability to make decisions
• Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail
• Competent in the use of Microsoft office
