A excellent opportunity has been made available for a Customer Services Advisor
This role is to assist in resolving, at first point of contact, queries from customers and staff. This role is initially for 3 months however could be extended and the role is working from home.
Acting as the first point of contact for all customers via all communication methods, raising new repairs or progressing existing repairs
Scheduling all types of heating cyclical servicing work, planned works and reactive repairs
Liaising with operatives, contractors, suppliers, and tenants to provide an excellent repairs service
Deal with low level rent enquiries from customers
To raise jobs advised by operatives that are follow ons or new works
Any other duties, which are at an appropriate level as, may be required from time to time within the Directorate.
