REED Business Support are recruiting for a temporary vacancy for initial period of 3 months based in the call centre.
Main duties will be:
- Dealing with all incoming calls
- Processing any transactions and customer queries in a timely manner
- Dealing with any problems, and providing appropriate solutions.
- Logging all calls on the internal database, and accessing customer records.
Hours of work are 30 hours per week over 5 days.
The position requires experience of front line customer service call handling - call centre experience is essential. Excellent written and spoken English is also essential, as well as a good command of MS Office and similar products.
