REED are looking to recruit for a Customer Services Coordinator on behalf of our corporate, reputable client based in the heart of Newbury. This is a busy, demanding role where attention to detail and time management is key as you provide high quality customer service to both its internal and external customers and liaising with other departments in the business.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Processing sales orders, quotations and invoices (around 40 -100 per week)
- Offering first class customer service via email and phone - pricing, availability, delivery queries (3000 calls a month across the whole team)
You'll be joining a fun, vibrant team, where teamwork and good communication is essential as well as the ability to take ownership and multitask. You will be a confident character with a personable nature to be able to build relationships. Office based experience in either an administrative or customer service orientated role is also essential for this role.
This role will be working remotely at the start so you must have a proven track record of working unsupervised and be self-motivated and disciplined.
There is on a temp to perm basis , £12.00 per hour as a temp and salary of £23,000 on a permanent basis plus an annual bonus of 10%, which is assessed on a yearly basis with the salary reviews.
This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday on a rotating shift pattern of 8am - 4pm, 9am - 5pm, 10am - 6pm.
This role will be starting in the next few weeks so you must be available to start work ASAP and commit on a long term, temp to perm basis.
