We are currently recruiting Customer Service Team Member for a local Leicester company based in the City Centre. This is a full time temporary position working, Monday to Friday 9am -5pm 37.5 hours per week. In the current climate this position is able to accommodate working from home.

Due to the fast moving environment they are keen to appoint engaged and committed individuals, who are fully focused on providing an excellent customer service at all times to the customer base. Plus once established in the position there will be opportunities to progress within the company and develop your existing knowledge through training programmes.

You will be responsible for problem solving a range of different customer queries and providing an excellent Customer Service on a daily basis, whilst consistently maintaining a friendly, positive, and innovative approach either by telephone or email. An ability to build great rapport and relationships with both customers and colleagues is a must, plus a self-motivated, resilient individual, who can adapt within a fast paced environment would thrive in this opportunity.

Strong communication skills with the ability to fully engage customers, adapting to different styles and situations, will be required for this Customer Service Specialist position, plus a strong passion about delivering a fantastic Customer service.

Ideally they are looking for at least one year's previous Customer Service experience in a similar setting, someone who is eager to learn and ready to pick things up quickly.
