We are currently recruiting a team of Customer Service Specialist's for a company based in the City Centre. This is a full time temporary to permanent position working, Monday to Friday 9am -5pm 37.5 hours per week.

We’re looking for caring, patient and personable people to join their Office Team. You will be responsible for problem solving a range of different customer queries and providing an excellent Customer Service to their client base, whilst consistently maintaining a friendly, positive, and innovative approach.
Ideally they are looking have at least one year's previous experience in a similar setting, eager to learn, ready to pick things up, and have a real interest in delivering outstanding customer service.
