Main Duties

1. Lead a team of Coordinators.
2. Ensure clear training and development plans are in place for all team members.
3. Take a proactive approach to ensuring best in class Customer Experience is achieved.
4. Increase productivity within the team through Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives, ensuring individual workload balance.
5. Re-allocate Customer accounts accordingly, based on demand and individual Customer needs.
6. Drive administrative error reduction through formal Problem Solving.
7. Attend weekly on the business stand up meetings.
8. Host monthly layered board audits with all team members and drive action plans.
9. Lead and support Win Strategy goals and business development needs where required.
10. Ensure internal team alignment with Field Sales market and technology focused teams.
11. Develop strong working relationships with all groups and divisions.
12. Provide a strong business case for change, including resource requirements.

Key Accountabilities

1. Responsible for the daily leadership of a team, including coaching, mentoring, duty of care and performance management.
2. Ensure all team members undergo an annual performance assessment and regular one to one meetings in line with company guidelines.
3. Develop and drive training and development plans to expand or support our talent pool.
4. Work with UK Sales Supply Chain and divisions to ensure best in class Customer Experience is achieved.
5. Support daily customer needs and escalations outside of standard routines.
6. Ensure medium term plans and containment actions are in place where there are administrative errors.
7. Highlight process improvement opportunities and support High Performance Team deployment.
8. Provide support to Field Sales in line with Group and Division Strategies.
9. Regularly communicate to team members with general business updates and team goal status.
9. Support 5S in the team and ensure safe working practices within the office environment.
