I am currently recruiting a Team Lead role for a customer service team based in Canterbury.

The team leader is in charge of supporting a busy customer service team, ensuring all members of the team are performing to a high standard and providing and excellent level of customer service at all times.

Day to day duties

- Reviews and 121's with team members

- Development and coaching

- Dealing with complaints from customers

-  Weekly team meetings

- Reporting to managment

- Support customer improvement 

 

Qualifications and Skills required

- Experience within a similar role

- Experience managing a team of 6+

- Knowledge of customer improvements

- Confidence to speak to managers on performance and improvements

 

Salary - depending on experience

Full time permanent position
