Customer Service Supervisor required in a fast paced growing business North of Cambridge

You role will include leading and motivating your team of customer service specialists and you will need to showcase a passion for continuous improvement and enjoy coaching a team to achieve outstanding results.

Roles & responsibilities:

• Day to day line management ensuring KPIs are achieved
• Coaching the team to outstanding performance
• Support individual team members with their development
• Continuously improve the customer experience, workflow, processes and policies
• Recruitment and training of new team members
• Support complaint handling and complex queries
• Play an active role as part of the management team

This role is 12 month fixed term contract offering free onsite parking and a competitive salary.
