My rapidly expanding market leading client based in St. Helens have an exciting ongoing temporary to permanent opportunity for an experienced inbound customer service / sales order processing candidate to start immediately.

My client is the biggest independent manufacturer within their field in the UK and are experiencing year on year growth, it is a very exciting time to join this hugely successful business.

You will be required to work from 08:30 - 17:00 Monday - Friday and pay rate will be based on a salary of £16,286 pa.

Job Description

Enter sales order data accurately and promptly onto the in-house system
Dealing with a large volume of inbound customer order related calls regarding order progress and delivery times and queries
Liaise daily with the manufacturing and shipping teams
Complete all work in line with time, accuracy and quality standards
Prioritise and multi task daily duties
Demonstrate an excellent telephone manner when dealing with customers
Outbound calls to existing customers making them aware of special offers

Person Specification
