Customer Service/Order Specialist with French

REED are participating with a large international company with offices in Prague. We are looking for French speakers who would like to work in customer service/order processing field. 

Responsibilites:

• Daily communication with customers/suppliers, ensuring queries are efficiently answered and satisfaction levels are high.
• Working alongside other departments to ensure team targets are consistently met.
• Ensuring all orders are taken and logged correctly on the system
• Using analytical skills to successfully solve any issues that may arise.
• Other ad-hoc tasks as required.


Requirements:

• University degree
• Working experience in customer service/SSC environment would be an advantage.
• Good command of MS Office
• Proven communication skills and proactive attitude
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• At least B2 level in French, advanced level of English
