Job Title: Customer Service Sales Arranger
Location: Bristol, Centre
Salary: £13,104 Per Year
Hours: 9.30am-4pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday

About the role

• Wide ranging role including working competently and compliantly, whether face to face, over the telephone or occasionally at events

• Taking telephone, face to face product related enquiries and completing sales.

• Accurately complete all administration and documentation in accordance with company procedures.

• To ensure the requirements of Data Security / Data Protection and adhere to other organisational polices such as Health & Safety and Safeguarding.

• Occasional cover to be provided to other offices and outlets when required.

You will:
• You will be given full training as and where necessary to ensure that the organisation is compliant.

• Be instrumental in team promotions and activities.
For example mail shots, display/merchandising and events across the West of England region to develop and grow the business.

• Get to attend staff away days, meetings and other similar staff events. Some meetings and other events may be held out of normal office hours, and may involve travel away from the local area.

About you
• Excellent customer service skills (got to love a good chat with the customers)
• Sales experience
• Will be required to complete a DBS check

• 25 days’ annual leave (Pro rata), plus bank holidays, plus a discretionary extra 3 days’ leave over the festive period (which the Board usually agrees).
• Pension scheme - employer’s contribution of 6%.
