Customer Service Representative

Our international air and sea freight forwarder partner company is looking for a talented Customer Service Representative employee. The company is present worldwide and now they are to open a new office in Hungary.

• General Purpose:

• Customer Service Representative: is responsible for the communication with the customer to ensure the proper and timely movement of freight and information, while complying with any internal and external requirements.
• In addition, developing and maintaining relationships with carriers, customers and warehouses to guarantee the timely delivery of shipments

• Job Description:

• Effective communication with customers, vendors.
• Tracking, tracing, and updating the status of shipments.
• Monitoring of reports.
• Reporting workflow progress to Management on a frequent basis.
• Understanding the operational process flow and seeking improved ways of efficiency.

• Additional Requirements:

• 2-6 years relevant experience in freight forwarding industry
• Fluent English and Hungarian.

• Customer Focus.
• Self-motivated.
