Reed Business Support are looking for a Customer Service Representative for our clients based in Bury St Edmunds
- To provide customers with a high level of customer service via email and over the telephone.
- To assist customer in financial difficulty and provide repayment options to customers who cannot afford the plan originally agreed.
- Manually verify loans that have not automatically been approved by the system to ensure the potential customer meets the requirements for a loan.
- Check customer information against the CIFAS fraud database.
- Liaise with third party companies in regards to customers entering a Debt Management Plan, IVA, Debt Relief Order etc
- Work in line with FCA guidelines.
- Ensure all queries via email are auctioned.
